Bio tank

It is a state-of-the-art biological product designed specifically for the elimination of animal, vegetable and mineral fats, which accumulate in grease containers in the agri-food industry and in large septic tanks. This product, based on cultures of microorganisms, enzymes and nutrients, has a high capacity to liquefy and digest fats, which allows waste disposal systems to be kept clean and prevents blockages and bad odours.

The dosage is adapted to the needs of each system, either for seeding or for maintenance dosage. For grease traps in the food industry, a dosage of 50 g/m³ minimum is recommended for seeding and 5 g/m³/day for maintenance dosage. For large septic tanks, the dosage is determined according to the volume of the tank and is administered daily for the first five days, and from the sixth day onwards, the dosage is reduced to achieve a continuous and sustainable effect.

The mode of use is very simple. For the agri-food industry, it is recommended to add it after the working day. In the case of large septic tanks, it should be administered daily in the recommended amount, following the dosage guidelines according to the size of the tank. Its application is not only very easy, but also very effective, as its components are capable of eliminating grease quickly and sustainably.

Bio Tank looks like a light brown powder and its composition based on micro-organisms, enzymes and nutrients is completely biological, which means that it is completely safe and environmentally friendly. Dosage and use instructions
The recomended doses can be modified dependingo on the specific needs of each system.
1- Grease tanks in food industry:
Doses depend on the volume of the tank in the case of starting dose, and on the volume of black water passing through the tank in the case of maintenance dose.
Starting dose: 50 g/m³ minimum
Maintenance dose: 5 g/m³/day
So, for a grease tank of 10 m³ with a volume of water of 20 m³/day, the treatment would be the following:
Starting dose: 10 m³ x 50 g = 500 g
Maintenance: 20 m³ x 5 g = 100 g/day
(Periodical dosing is recomended to achieve an optimal result)

2- Big comercial or residential septic tanks:
Treat every day if possible.
For 10 m³:
Starting dose: 500 g
Days 1 - 5: 100 g
From de sixth day: 20 g
For 20 m³:
Starting dose: 750 g
Days 1 - 5: 150 g
From de sixth day: 30 g
For 40 m³:
Starting dose: 1000 g
Days 1 - 5: 200 g
From the sixth day: 40 g
