
Bio guard
Degradation of grease and bad smells in kitchens and restaurants.
Bio guard is a liquid formula composed of three materials selected for the degradation and digestion of fats, bad odours, proteins, starch and cellulose. It is a yellow liquid with a pH of 8.3 ± 0.3 that contains non-ionic surfactants, intended for grease traps of catering restaurants and for kitchen drains. It is applied by means of an initial seeding dose and maintenance doses calculated according to the number of daily meals of the establishment, injecting it preferably into the drains.

Directions for use: Grease traps: empty the grease trap before starting; seeding of approx. 1.5 l/m³ injected directly into the trap; daily maintenance dose according to meals/day (400 ml/day for 400-500 meals, 650 ml for 800, 800 ml for 1000, 1.2 l for 1500, 1.5 l for 2000), injecting it into the pipes with a dosing pump 2 hours after service. Standard pipes: seeding of 200 ml the first week and maintenance of 100 ml per week; increase the dose for larger diameter or length.
