Non-foaming enzymatic detergent
Non-foaming enzymatic detergent for the prevention and elimination of biofilms in the food industry. Especially suitable for CIP systems. It can be used as a single product or in combination with the Enzim Pro additive for shock treatments.
Dosage and use instructions
Dosage between 1 and 3%, depending on the level of contamination. It is circulated for 30- 120 minutes at 40-50 ° C and rinsed with water.
Before the treatment, if necessary, clean with the usual detergent. After the treatment, apply the disinfectant.

Appearance: Transparent yellow liquid.
pH: 8.3 +/- 0.3
Main components
Contains phosphonates < 5 %, non-ionic surfactants 5-15 %, enzymes < 5 %. POTASSIUM SORBATE, BENZISOTHIAZOLINONE.

Detergente enzimático no espumante para la prevención y eliminación de biofilms en la industria alimentaria. Especialmente indicado para sistemas CIP. Se puede usar como producto único o en combinación con el aditivo Enzim Pro para tratamientos de choque.
Dosis y forma de empleo
Dosis de uso entre el 1 y el 3%, en función del grado de contaminación. Se hace circular durante 30-120 minutos a 40 - 50 ºC y se enjuaga con agua.
Antes del tratamiento, si es necesario, realizar una limpieza con el detergente habitual. Después del tratamiento, aplicar el desinfectante.
