Tensozim, Fabric washing enzymatic liquid detergent

Tensozim

Fabric washing enzymatic liquid detergent

Concentrated enzymatic detergent with controlled foam. Its high content of enzymes makes it particularly effective for the elimination of proteic and biological origin dirt. Useful for washing all kinds of clothes, white or colored, especially in automatic dosing systems. It can be used in combination with the product SOLMATIC or as a single product. Do not use together with chlorinated bleaching agents.

Description

Tensozim is a concentrated liquid detergent with enzymatic action formulated for laundry washing in intensive-use environments. Its base of active bioenzymes acts directly on the organic molecules present in the fibre — proteins, fats, starch — breaking them down into soluble fragments that are eliminated during rinsing. This mechanism is particularly effective in loads with high biological content: healthcare uniforms, hotel linens, kitchen wear and garments with food residue. Enzymatic action is non-abrasive and does not compromise fabric strength in repeated washings. Controlled foaming facilitates rinsing and prevents residue build-up on the fabric, with particular advantage in front-loading machines and laundry tunnels.

Tensozim is formulated and manufactured by Detervic / Instaquim, with direct technical support for distributors and professional users. The formulation excludes chlorine, phosphates, EDTA, NTA, artificial dyes, perfume, ammonia and caustic soda, reducing the chemical load in effluent and preserving the integrity of active enzymes in each cycle. Should not be used together with chlorinated bleaches, as chlorine inactivates enzymes and nullifies their effectiveness. For loads requiring additional bleaching, oxygen-based bleach is recommended in a separate phase. Can be used in combination with Solmatic to increase performance in cycles with high organic load.

Benefits for professional use

  • Selective enzymatic action — bioenzymes degrade protein, fat and starch molecules directly on the fibre, without the need for elevated temperatures or fabric-aggressive components.
  • Energy efficiency per cycle — the optimal working temperature of 40 °C allows reduction in consumption per wash without compromising the elimination of biological dirt compared to conventional cycles at 60–90 °C.
  • Controlled foaming for effective rinsing — prevents fabric residue and does not require additional rinse cycles under correct dosing conditions, with particular advantage in laundry tunnels and high-capacity machines.
  • Compatible with automatic dosing — ensures precise application between 2 and 10 g per kilogram of dry fabric weight according to soiling level, controlling cost per cycle and simplifying operational management in high-turnover laundries.

Main applications

  • Industrial and self-service laundries: the concentrated liquid format and compatibility with automatic dosing make it suitable for high-capacity equipment with high cycle turnover and mixed white and coloured loads.
  • Hotels and accommodation: washing of linens, towels and uniforms with uniform results in mixed loads; especially indicated for white fabric maintenance cycles with habitual proteinic load.
  • Hospitals, clinics and care facilities: treatment of bed linen, uniforms and surgical wear with high biological load, where effective elimination of organic residue is required without chlorinated bleaches.
  • Food service and HoReCa: washing of uniforms, tablecloths and kitchen cloths with food-origin dirt, compatible with moderate-temperature cycles and cycle-controlled dosing.

Recommended sectors

  • HoReCa — hotels, restaurants and cafés with washing of linens, uniforms and tablecloths; use as liquid enzymatic detergent in high-capacity equipment with high cycle turnover.
  • Healthcare and geriatric care — hospitals, clinics and care facilities with high-load biological laundry; cycles at 40 °C to reduce energy consumption without compromising the elimination of organic residue.
  • Service companies and facility management — management of work wear in industrial laundries with standardised protocols, automatic dosing and controlled cost per kilogram.

Guidance on use

01
Determine the soiling level of the load (normal or intensive) to adjust dosing between 2 and 10 g per kilogram of dry fabric weight.
02
Programme the automatic dosing system with the established quantity or, in manual dosing, add the product directly to the detergent compartment of the machinery.
03
Select a wash cycle at 40 °C to maximise enzymatic effectiveness and minimise energy consumption per cycle.
04
Verify that chlorinated bleaches are not used in the same cycle: chlorine inactivates enzymes and reduces product effectiveness.
05
Complete the rinse cycle as normal. For loads with high organic content, consider combined use with Solmatic according to manufacturer's instructions.

Frequently asked questions

What is Tensozim for?

Tensozim is a concentrated liquid enzymatic detergent for washing laundry in industrial laundries. It eliminates dirt of protein and biological origin — blood, sweat, milk, food residues — on white and coloured fabrics, working at 40 °C in automatic dosing systems.

Which sectors is it recommended for?

It is recommended in HoReCa and food service, healthcare and geriatric care, and service companies and facility management with high-turnover industrial laundries. Consult the sectors section for more detail.

Is it compatible with chlorinated bleaches?

No. Chlorine inactivates the active enzymes in Tensozim and nullifies its effectiveness. For loads requiring additional bleaching, oxygen-based bleach is recommended in a separate phase.

Is it suitable for professional use?

Yes. Formulated by Detervic / Instaquim for professional environments with high cycle turnover, with technical support for authorised distributors and users.

Where can I consult the technical sheet?

Available on this page. For specific dilutions, contact times or detailed operational information, consult the technical document.

Is the safety data sheet available?

Yes. The safety data sheet (SDS) is available for authorised customers and distributors upon request to the commercial department.

How can I request a quote or pricing?

Contact the commercial team via form, WhatsApp or telephone. We respond to enquiries within 24 working hours.
